Counselling and psychotherapy in St Albans

Welcome to my website. The following pages explain how I work and what I can offer you.

I work as an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. This means that I bring together different perspectives that help me respond to you holistically as a unique individual. You will find out more about what this means on the following page.

I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non judgmental space for you to talk about yourself in a way that is often not possible with family and friends. My role is not to give advice but to explore with you how you can look at things in a different way and make changes in your life.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I have experience of working with clients whose issues include:
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Low self esteem
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Childhood abuse
  • Stress
  • Trauma
  • Alcohol problems
  • Work related issues

My practice in St Albans is within easy reach of Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Radlett, Watford and Welwyn in Hertfordshire and also from North London. I am a short distance from the City station (for journeys on the Thameslink line from St Pancras) and off-site parking is available.
