Counselling and psychotherapy - St Albans, Watford and Hatfield

Hello and welcome to my website. The following pages explain how I work and what I can offer you.

My counselling and psychotherapy practice in St Albans is within easy reach of Watford, Hatfield, Harpenden, Hemel Hempstead, Radlett, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City and other places in central Hertfordshire. The following pages explain how I work and what I can offer you.

I am qualified as an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor and registered with UKCP. Working integratively means that I bring together different perspectives that help me respond to you holistically as a unique individual. You will find out more about what this means on the following pages.

I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non judgmental space for you to talk about yourself in a way that is often not possible with family and friends. My role is not to give advice but to explore with you how you can look at things in a different way and make changes in your life.

I work with adults and young people from the age of 16, on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I have experience of working with clients whose issues include:
