Counselling and psychotherapy - St Albans, Watford and HatfieldHello and welcome to my website.
My counselling and psychotherapy practice in St Albans is within easy reach of Watford, Hatfield, Harpenden, Hemel Hempstead, Radlett, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City and other places in central Hertfordshire.
I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor registered with UKCP and MBACP. I work with individuals and couples on an open ended basis or for an agreed time period depending on your needs.
I am committed to providing a safe, confidential, non judgmental and respectful space for you to talk in a way that is often not possible with family or friends. My role is not to give advice but to explore with you how you can find a different understanding of yourself so that you can make changes in your life to live it more fully and resourcefully.
Trained as an integrative therapist I bring together different perspectives that help me respond to you holistically and uniquely whether you come as an individual or a couple. You will find out more about what this means on the Counselling and Psychotherapy and Couple Therapy pages.
I am experienced in working with clients whose issues include:
- Anxiety and stress
- Bereavement and loss
- Couple relationship difficulties
- Childhood trauma, abuse and neglect
- Depression, sadness and emptiness
- Low self esteem and lack of confidence
- Life transitions
- Pregnancy and birth
- Relationship issues with children or parents
- Work related issues
If you have any questions, please contact me by email or call me on 07984 553656. If I am not available do leave me a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Do be assured that any communication from you is confidential and there is no obligation to work with me following any initial conversation.
